Graduate Aid Overview
The central Financial Aid Office manages loans (both federal and private) for most graduate programs. Thayer, MET, and MALS master's degree candidates will also find guidance for applying for institutional scholarship in the following webpages. While we have provided checklists outlining application requirements, all institutional scholarships for graduate programs are administered by their respective academic departments. Please contact your academic department with questions about financial assistance from Dartmouth, which varies by program.
Please note: PhD students are fully funded by their academic departments and do not complete the financial aid checklists.
Tuck MBA and Geisel MD students should contact the Tuck School of Business Financial Aid Office or Geisel Financial Aid Office about resources and the financial aid application process for those programs.
