International Students
Dartmouth College meets the demonstrated need of all admitted undergraduates, including those from other countries.
Financial Aid for International Students
Dartmouth College has scholarships and loans available to international students, which includes an allowance for travel to the U.S. We understand that your circumstances may be unique and our office will help in any way we can.
Dartmouth has expanded its longstanding need-blind admissions policy to include all international citizens, beginning with the Class of 2026.

U.S. students receiving financial aid are required to earn money over the summer. Canadian students will be assess the same expectation as US students.
For other international students, there is no summer student earnings expectation in your first year (before you start at Dartmouth), but in subsequent years there will be a student work contribution of $1,500. (Many international financial aid recipients work for the College full-time during terms when they are not taking classes, also known as "leave terms.")
Included in your aid award will be $2,450 estimated annual income from work during academic terms.
